I could not accept this way of dealing with me from the customer manager
because; first of all, the printer seems to be damaged or its inkink-cartridge is damaged and this is thea problem of your products and, secondly, I have the right to replace thehave idle devices fromreplaced by your company and- this is written in the official papers that I will attachsend to you via email,.
