In my opinion, the movie ‘High School Musical’ is one of the best movies I’ve ever seen. ThisI loved this movie, I loved a lot. I love how it shows the different aspects of high school through singing. It is funny and enjoyable for all ages. It’s also a great movie for people who enjoy musicals.
There are three main characters: Troy Bolton, Gabriella Montez, and Sharpay Evans. Troy Bolton is the school’s star basketball player. Troy is friendly, trustworthy, and a leader, but he is self-conscious about what his friends think of him. He only has one love, which is, basketball, until he meets Gabriella. Gabriella Montez is the new student at East High. She is known as the school’s genius girl and is on the Academic Decathlon team. Gabriella is intelligent and friendly, but is also shy and insecure. Sharpay Evans is the drama queen of the school. She runs it along with the school’s drama department. Sharpay is ambitious and talented, but is narcissistic and bossy to her classmates.
The setting of ‘High School Musical’ is at East High in Albuquerque, New Mexico. At East High, the scenes are either in the gym or on the stage. Their world is similar to ours because it takes place in the modern-day, so it seems more realistic and relatable for all viewers. Although the time period is realistic, it is not that important for the storyline except for the fact that they are in high school.
