I am contacting you with regards to my annual leave.

I am going home for Christmas, but I am not able to book my holidays as I still do not have my username and password to access "Employee Online".

I phoned HR to request my login details, and they said they need first need to set up my User Profile Account for the EOL System. This will require at least 2 weeks.

They advised me to contact my manager which can access the system and book the days I need for me.
I would be very grateful if you could help me inwith that!

I need to book 6 days. These are: 22-27-28-29 of December and and 2 and 3 of January.
