My name is Nicole Chrysler and I am currently in grade 12. I am interested in applying to Western. I have complicatedcompleted most of the application through the OUCA 105 application. I am a Canadian citizen, but I live and was born in the United States. Part of the application that is specific forto Western says that I need proof of Permanent Resident status in Canada and/or proof of recognized Convention Refugee/Protected Person status in Canada. I am unsure what you would like me to submit for that portion of the application because I have never lived in Canada, but I am still a citizen. It says that my application may be delayed if I don't submit one of these documents. I was wondering ifCan you couldplease clarify for me what you would like me to submit with my application.application?
